Hi Bobby,
The wedding is
over and everything was perfect. I just wanted to thank you
and let you know that John and Chris (the DJs) on August
14th, 2010 did a great job. They kept everything moving and
the music was fun to dance to. Unfortunately I don't have
another daughter that will require a wedding reception, but
I will certainly refer Sensational Sounds to anyone that I
can.

John, our DJ, was very professional and accommodating! He
played all of the songs that we wanted and nothing from our
“do not play list.” John had a great sense of what the
guests were enjoying and kept the party going (which is why
we needed an extra hour!!) Bobby was very helpful with song
selections and making the process as painless as possible!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our wedding and the
experience of working with Bobby and John! We would
definitely use Sensational Sounds again and recommend them

Hey Bobby!
I wanted to send you an email to let you know that Matt did an incredible
job at our reception. We had numerous comments from our
guests about how great Matt was and one couple even told me
that he the best DJ they had ever seen at a wedding! Matt
went above and beyond what we could've ever hoped for in a
DJ and he made the reception so much fun and entertaining
and we thought he was amazing. He brought drinks to the
wedding party, played the best possible music, got the
ENTIRE reception on the dance floor, danced almost every
song with us, lead the dances and knew all the moves and
kept up all of the traditions that we wanted to include at
our reception. I would recommend Matt to ANYONE who wants

First of all, THANK YOU!!! To you and
Matt. He was SOOO awesome and nice and helpful and sweet!!
Second: You have done such a great job with these guys. Matt
was not only a DJ, but helped in ANY way possible. The day
was friggin freezing, and he ran around putting jackets on
and taking them off of people in between pictures. Our
photographer got a picture of him with a pile of jackets,
literally, as big as him in his arms. I will send it to you
when the pictures come in, it's a really funny shot, and you
might wanna use it on your website to show how these guys
don't only DJ, but they help in any way possible to make the
day less stressful. He acted as if it was nothing, didn't
complain, as was happy to help. He honestly went above and
beyond anything anyone had expected him to. He was a great
DJ. He kept us all in line, and let us know what was going
on, because most of us were lost anyway!
I was really busy at this point, but my sister said he
played thriller, and did the entire dance on the dance
floor! He really tried to get everyone out there, and did a
fantastic job.
I will recommend you time and time again. You have a
wonderful company, and it shows that you have pride in your
work. So thank you Bobby, for creating such a great company,
and please tell Matt thank you for making our special day
flow easier, and doing such a fantastic job.

I called
Sensational Sounds the week of my wedding. That's right,
the week of. Weddings are stressful. Very few things go
smoothly or according to plan. When the owner of the
restaurant that the wedding and reception were to be held at
stated that our DJ had to be licensed and insured, I was
immediately in a pinch. Our friends who had offered to DJ
our wedding for free would no longer be able to help. The
wedding was on a Saturday, and I called Sensational Sounds
on a Wednesday. I immediately felt at ease. Bobby was very
professional over the phone, and very understanding of my
situation. Plus, his prices were competitive, despite the
short notice. The DJ we had was professional, courteous,
and clean-cut. He new exactly how to engage the entire
audience that was present. He was able to handle several
small details that were very important to the bride and I on
short notice, and handled it all with poise. The wedding AND
reception, despite the hang-ups leading up to it, were
enjoyed by all, due in no small part to the efforts of our
DJ. I would absolutely recommend Sensational Sounds to
others.

We can't stop
talking about since your DJ, Tim provided DJ service for my
daughter, Bre'Anna's SWEET 16 Birthday Party. I wanted to
take a few moments and let you know how satisfied I am with
you and your company, Sensational Sounds! This birthday
party was fantastic and all the kids had a great time.
Everyone kept asking who the DJ was. Tim made sure
everything was set up and ready to go, music playing when
the first guest walked in the room. He catered to the
birthday girl, referencing her several times through out the
night and he made sure the kids were having fun and enjoying
the music. As we all know with teenagers the music will
either make or break the whole thing. The kids were on the
dance floor the entire evening. I received so many
compliments on finding the perfect DJ service. So....Cudo's
to you and your team. Tim was phenomenal, my hat's off to
him for a job well done with a huge group of 16-17 yr olds.

The DJs made my

They were very organized and attentive to the schedule

In years past, we

expensive DJ, but we
realized the DJ

The DJs contributed
greatly to the
overall success and
fun of the event,
especially all the
antics our emcees,
dressed and in
character as the
Love Boat crew,
pulled from start to
finish. And
your guys handled
the professional
dancers' throwing in
five songs during
dinner perfectly.
And on the scavenger
hunt, when the
contestants got way
out of control and
we deviated from the
script, they
adlibbed and ran the
sound effects and
song clips in full
control, keeping
things from
spiraling into a
disaster. For the
leadership giveaway
raffles, their
stingers were right
on the money -- how
in the world they
chose to play "Foxy
Lady" when the two
randomly chosen
persons happened to
both be female, I
will never know...
good work. I did
like John, jumping
down to the dance
floor once the open
dancing began, and
leading people to
come and dance --
that was something
new and I believe it
worked quite well.

The biggest fear I

My wedding was outdoors in the middle of
January. I was suppose to have a
string quartet play at the ceremony and
then the DJ was going to play at the
reception. Well, due to the Artic cold
front the string quartet cancelled on me
the night before the wedding. I
called Bobby first thing in the morning
freaking out. However, he came through.

We can't recommend Sensational Sounds enough! We
work for the military so we had to plan almost
everything from Japan, and Bobby made it really
easy to communicate by email. When we got to
Colorado, Bobby sat down with us and went
through a plan of the entire evening, giving us
suggestions and building on our ideas. Steve and
Corey were wonderful professionals, they were
friendly and kept the atmosphere perfect all
evening. The music's sound quality was great and
they did a really good job of moving the evening
along by changing musical styles. The
sentimental numbers were perfect, and they
helped create some beautiful moments that we
will never forget. None of the games they did
were cheesy, which was something really
important to us. The music was enjoyable for
everyone, from the great-grandparents to our
20-something friends and relatives. Everything
was timed just right. There was never a moment
when people weren't dancing, and even John's
80-year-old grandmother ended up jitterbugging!
Our wedding was on a Sunday evening and almost
everyone was flying out very early the next
morning, but Steve and Corey kept everyone on
the dance floor until much later then they had
planned on staying. We can't thank you all
enough for everything you did to make our
evening perfect and unforgettable!

DJ didn't really take control. People never really knew what was
going on. The dj didn't get everyone involved, so they never got

and when. We were never rushed, but we were never left hanging,

staying later than requested. Our family was having such a great
time that they didn't want to leave and it had a lot to do with the
music. We had many compliments about you during and after the party,
especially the dinner music and voice-overs. Even when everyone left
the dance floor because it was too warm inside, you knew how to keep
the entertainment going. A cousin commented that he had seen you at
an event before and that he enjoyed you then as well. We love the CD
you gave us and feel free to use us as a reference if you need to.

I am writing this letter to express my opinion re: Sensational Sounds DJ
(Bobby). We hired him to play at our annual Christmas Party for the
Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind Staff, which was held at the
Olympic Training Center. First of all I would like to say that his 'no
pressure' approach to getting things together during a very hectic time
of the year was great! His attitude and professionalism made it very
easy to work with him he was very open to any ideas we had, and went out
of his way to assure our satisfaction. His creativity was much
appreciated due to the facilities being a little tough to set up dance
floor in the middle of the center, but he managed it beautifully,
together with bubble machine, lights and lots of great music! I have
heard nothing but outstanding comments about the party, everyone agreed
that It was the best party CSDB has had, and the staff had a great time.
Now keep in mind, a lot of the staff is Deaf, and you wonder how can
they enjoy this kind of event? You would be surprised! The music that
Bobby played was obviously the best out there, and, on everyone's list
of favorites. A wide variety of music and the constant flow of events
made a very smooth transition. Watching the Deaf staff dance to the
"Macarena" was unbelievable! I would Recommend "Sensational Sounds" to
anyone, of any age, for any event. It was quality music/and service at a
very reasonable price. Thanks Bobby, We will do business again!
